Artist Statement

“A shy person by nature, I find refuge from the din of modern life and society in her deep connection with nature. In my art, I create a utopian world and figures that are inspired by animals and natural environments. With each body of work, I continue to build the narrative of these figures’ lives and questions the utopian and dystopian possibilities they represent.”
